Requested and received trial sample cost £9.39 and received credit card bill where I had been charged £9.39 and then a further £53.84 for goods which I haven't requested or received.

overcharge & no delivery
I ordered a 'Free Sample' of tooth whitening product where I was told that I would only pay for postage. Not only has the sample never been delivered, the company has billed me for over £30 and I fear they will continue to do so as I now realise that they are operating some kind of money-making scam. The credit card company are looking into this, but I have had to forfeit the first unauthorized payment.

I to fell victim to this scam, they were quick to take out the money from my credit card, but i returned the goods well before the due date. and was confirmed with one of the customers service operators, it has been 2 weeks with no credit back to my account so i phoned once again, waited 30 min to speak to an operator, told my concern, who then transfered the call to a supervisior to advise me the my refund was going to take another 5 to 10 working days . I will never ever buy from this company again - so disappointed with there service as for the goods dont work

Charged for product not ordered or received
In the Month of August 2009 I received four applicators of DazzleWhite product which I did not order I was charged UD $58.71- NZ $88.15 and automatic payment made from my account.
On the 12th Nov 2009 UD $58.09- NZ $79.29 was paid out from my account and no product. I feel that this company is scamming in order to have access to our accounts.

Dazzlewhite is now Premium white..I too was charged for my free trial 97.54 and then another 97.61. Its only free if youre unhappy with it and return it within a certain trial period. But because it worked I kept the trial but was not impressed when the money was taken without any notice, not even sent an invoice with the amount on it. The actual price was not stated on their ad. I havent used the second one so Im returning it and hopefully will get a refund. I was able to cancel future shipments at http://www.premiumwhitepro.com/index.php

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I SIGNED UP ON THE INTERNET FOR A FREE PRODUCT TRIAL. WELL, NOT ACTUALLY FREE. I HAD TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.
IECEIVED A PHONE CALL WITHIN MINUTES FROM AN OPERATOR WHO WAS CONFIRMING MY ORDER. HE SPOKE AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT. SOMEWHERE ION THE MIDDLE OF HIS CONFIRMATIONS, HE MENTION I WOULD BE BILLED AROUND $80 MONTHLY - AT WHICH POINT I STOPPED HIM AND SAID, NO, NO, NO. I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO BILL ME MONTHLY. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT A FEW DAYS LATER, WAS NOT OVERLY-IMPRESSED, AND RETURNED IT. THIS MONTH MY BANK ACCOUNBT WAS CHARGED $87.62.
I CALLED, FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN A CALL CENTER WHO SAID THEY HAD NO RECORD OF RECEIVING THE BALANCE OF THE FREE TRIAL PRODUCT BACK. THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE LOOKING AT THE UPS RECORDS AND SAW NOTHING. THEY WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR, WOULD NOT GIVE ME A SUPERVISOR'S NAME OR PHONE NUMBER, WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE NAME OR NUMBER OF THE CORPORATE CONTACT FOR DAZZLEWHITES. MY BANK WILL ATTEMPT TO DEBATE THE CHARGE BUT IT DOES NOT LOOK GOOD. PLEASE HELP OTHER AVOID BEING MISLED BY THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU.

Fraud
I ordered a trial and have been charged twice for $87.62 after cancellation. I have sent the product back and today received a charge for 24.62 from Worldclub fitness who says I agreed to a trial when I ordered the trial of Dazzle White, this is not true, I selected NO to Worldclub fitness, but was still charged.
This is a seriously scary scam, I continue to wonder how many other charges will be taken from my account without my authorization.

If you purchase this product, you will be truly disappointed; futhermore, the company has fine print charging you an addition 58.76 if you do not return the terrible product with 14 days. I never saw the fine print. I purchased the product in July, return back in August. I was informed twice I would receive a refund. I have not received a refund yet. The month is now November. Please stay away from DazzleWhite products.

charges
I ordered a trial sample and have now ended up with over $135.00 additional fees. Subtracted from my debit account. The first number I called was no longer in service. I have been trying for a month to get a refund from these people. I even returned everything they sent me. I have proof that they received the product back but have yet to receive a refund to my account. Sending the product back cost me an additional $15.00 but at least I have proof they received it. I have contacted the BBB in Central Iowa and am going to contact Attorney General's office in Iowa. This business needs to be stopped. It caused my account to overdraft so have more charges again. No credits have been issued . I am devastated by all this and am broke. Never order from this company or any company at that address. Cathi Derby
