this company misrepsentated themselves as you just order a trial of their product for 2.95 s/h they along with another company Cleanwwhite and you would have clean white teeth. I was shocked between the two companies the have taken over300.00 dollars out of my account. Dazzlewhite's phone had been disconnected Ieven spoke with someone on the phone and explained all I wanted was the free trial and to only bill me for that amount. These conversation are taped and now i realize they control the taped conversation DUD!

Not 0nly do they bilk consumer out of their money they are liars and a scam. We should try fo a classaction suit because they have now changed their ad an put the 14 day ting on top.

I got the free trial. It was a two week trial but by the time I got the product, one week has already passed - so it's a one week trial. I thought I would contact them and say send me more but they automatically make that assumption and then it begins. I went online to cancel future orders; which, by the way, are not specified on the free trial page. But I just got another one month supply. Now I'm trying to deal with that. The product doesn't whiten as far as I can see but if it did, I would still be upset for being taken by the marketing plan. You let the customer decide when and how to get the product. That's the old fashioned American way of doing business.

On October 27th, 2009...while browsing some supposedly creditable web sites.(CNN, for one )..I was interested in the " home mom " that discovered the remedy for teeth whitening and a FREE 14 day trial, you just paid for shipping (with a code that made the shipping only 99 cents - this is the total cost they professed to be for thier FREE trial)...I rec'd this FREE trial on Nov. 3rd, 2009 ...lo and behold looked inside to find out that now I was committed to a monthly "Delivery Rewards Program" for just 79.95 + (5.95)for S/H. automatic charges would be made on my credit card each month for these charges...

I called thier number for customer services ..which was a number no longer in service...I tried to get the web site they gave you to use customer services..only, if you wanted to cancel within 14 days of the order date ( not 14 days free trial anything )...the site would only pull up site not available - try later! I finally, after reading 3 pages of lies any false advertisement, found another number and i couldn't believe my ears when "tina" answered when i told her how upset and disappointed in the false offer and wanted to "cancel" my delivery rewards program...she became sharp tounged and very abrupt with me...

i did finally get a cancellation # but it was going to cost me 6.99 on my card and the FREE trial had to be returned in same box with only the label that she was emailing me for 6.99 or the program would be charged to my card ( NEVER buy anything with a credit card ... get a mailing address so that you can send a money order for it...if the offer won't let you do this...DON"T get it! ) SO, this FREE trial has cost me .99 cents plus 6.99 return label...a total of 7.98...and this was a supposedly creditable sponsored site...

Is there a way to get my 6.99 return label charge back for a NOT Free trial offer back? plus, Cleanwhites, needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau...asap Thought - the "home mom" must have been paid by dazzle white bundle to sucker in so many innocent consumers, such as myself!

I also signed up to a trial of Dazzlewhite.com after being referred through Irelandfreestuff.com. They said the billing charges would be 4.95 USD but initially was 14.95 usd. I put that down to international charges and that I may have read the wrong price. Since then they have taken over 5o dollars every month for past 3 months - and I am now getting taken for small amounts from other companies - 4.95 here 7.95 there - for things I have never heard of. Am mortified and feel such a fool. Fraud dept at credit card company won't deal as I gave them my credit card number for the trial - even though other companies are now using it. I am waiting to deal with retail disputes but doubt I will get anywhere with them - except perhaps to stop the overseas charges. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - and strike irelandfreestuff.com from your list as well as these have been no help either. They are supposed to vet the companies they send to you. I should have known seeing as they are based in Canada. IDIOT.

This is Fradulent! I ordered the trial for $1.95 shipping. I never received the product. Checked my bank account balance for a discrepency - I had been charged $87.62 - for what? I checked my account again today, and there is another charge for $87.62. Something needs to be done. I am on a very limited income, now I may not be able to purchase a drug prescription that costs my $120 out of pocket monthly. I don't know how these people sleep at night!
