scam
i ordered a sample of dazzle white. I got the product and then was charged 87.62 and another 39.00 for "world club fitness". was told by a rep after i called to cancel, that when you "CLICK" on the page, you are automatically signing up to join the fitness club. what is an online fitness club gonna provide for me? EVERYONE PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. DO NOT GO ONLINE AND ORDER ANY "SAMPLE" PRODUCTS. lt is a scam, they will have your banking information, and you will be charged for things you knew nothing about. so far the total i have been charged is 126.62. Also, the numbers listed through the charges (had to call the bank to get them) weren't accurate. Here are the numbers to call, Dazzlewhite:888-948-5508. World Club Fitness: 866-989-2685. I hope this is the last of the charges for me.

Cancelation/Shipping
i canceled my product i ordered, returned the trial. have proof that someone there signed for it and 9 days later i see a charge on my account for the full amount of 87.62 + a .70/ foreign charge.
i call and they will not reiniburse me until they receive the product back that i haven't yet received and i wait another 10 days after that.
they will not allow me to speak to a manager. i contacted bbb and i am disputing my charges.
i would not suggest anyone getting involved with this company

fraud
Oh beware of this company as they are the ultimate ripoff group especially since they are hiding in Cyprus. I got scammed by an add that said to take two products buy them together and they would make teeth white
What they did not cover well enough and is mentioned in the fine print that they charge you 87.00 for membership and continue to send products to you after cancellation.
Thats is if you return the products before the 14 day trial period
Anyway you look at it S C A M Beware as they have many names to go under beautyhelth - etc

Fraudulant, unauthorized chgs
The free trial offer is a BOGUS HOOK intended to deceive & secure your credit card info before you are able to review the hidden details.
The call center reps are carefully coached to reveal as little as possible & what they do disclose is a LIE. The clock starts ticking immediately and they even combine your OK to try the product with 2 or more OTHER OFFERS you have not even seen. Even AFTER I returned the product w/tracking & called to stop any future shipments they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $87.62 TWO TIMES ON THE SAME DAY - showing 2 different merchants. BTW... the product tube was EMPTY & the package opened when it first came - I never bothered to try it.
I am furious over this episode and this serves to reinforce my long held suspicion about ordering product over the I-net. The original link was on a CNBC page. BEWARE and do NOT waste your time, $ and effort on this SCAM!!!
P.S. THANKFULLY, my credit card fraud unit found the 2 charges suspicious & the account is closed.

Unauthorised Transactions
I ordered the so called free trail of Dazzlewhite, months later I realise there has been a number of transactions on my credit card which I didn't authorise.
There were companies such as Whitesmile, VH Access, Health Member, Pristin Helth and Ezykit who were all helping themselves to my credit card.
I contacted credit card who asked me to call back during the working hours of these companies.
I then contacted Dazzlewhite online operator who at first didn't seem to want to help, after many messages I then received email with cancellation number, she then advised me of the other alleged subscriptions and after some persuasion she agreed to cancel on my behalf.
I have yet to speak to my credit card compnay with this information

Unfair contact terms
I saw a news story from CNN about a consumer found two inexpensive teeth whiting products that would save a lot of money if you just ordered the samples and paid the shipping and handling. I ordered the two products SmileBright and Dazzlewhite, I have not received any products. However my account was debited $87.42. I contacted my bank and they told me it would be best to cancel the card the payment was made from and to contact the company to have charges reversed. I contacted 1-866-989-2686 and spoke with a rep. that stated I would receive a credit to my account. The hold time is long but it is worth getting the charges corrected.
Good luck everybody.

Overcharging of credit card
I ordered a trial of Dazzlewhite thinking I was only paying for postage and Handling and have been charged US$95.81. This is a total scam and the company should be dealt with. I can't afford to be charged for stupid scams like this.
