DazzleWhite scam
Yes, I am another sucker to fall for this scam! I cancelled my subscription within 1 minute of signing up & they (Farend Services Ltd) have taken 2 payments through different companies so far (beutyproducts and ultrafreshwell). They are based in Northern Cyprus as there is no extradition treaty with the UK.
I have reported them to my credit card company, but of course they never come down heavy on these scammers- it's our money lost, after all, not their's!
Anyone in the UK who has suffered this company- it's cheap to fly to Cyprus for a holiday, why not visit their offices and create havoc? It's what us Brits are renowned for globally!!!

Unauthorized Charge
I had signed up for their promotional try out for the Dazzlewhite teeth whiting. There was never any disclosure about their return policies or that they would charge $87.82 for their product if it wasn't return in a certain time frame during this trial period.

I try to call the number listed on the credit card charge and the number is not even listed! I want my money back!!!

I can't believe that they are still in this kind of frauduant business. I wish this would've made public so that other people won't fall for the same mistakes that hundress of us have made. This needs to be stopped immediately.

Fraud - Sca,
This company makes money off of its small service charges that some people may not even notice on their credit cards. Recently I had three charges from Cyprus ranging from $2.96 to $7.41. Could call one number and have the "services" discontinued. I never signed up for the services but would rather pay about $14 one time than have them recurring on my credit card. This company may have a fine product so why do they have to make it a scam? They could be act in a legitimate way and probably save money from not having to hire all of the customer service staff to handle all of the irate complainers. Never a complaint about the product just their business practices. BEWARE!!!

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
This product has made charges to our credit card under the 3 names listed above. We received a vial of hydrogen peroxide with a charge from beutyclub for $1.95 which was shipping on a free sample. The subsequent charges of $79.95 to each of the other 2 names are pure ripoff.! We have received no product and have ordered no product!!

Billing Charges
I saw the ad on MSN about free trial offers from both Dazzlewhite and Cleanwhites. I ordered both only to find that they charged my account for their "monthly membership" where they send you their product. When I called to cancel both, they gave me cancellation numbers and my account was hit for $48.92 and 79.95 !!! This is nothing more than a scam!

High charges
I fell for the "free trial" scam also. This is the third month that I have been charged 58.09. The weird thing is, is that there is a different company name attached to each charge. I tried to talk to somebody there at the company and this person said that there were terms and conditions clearly stated when I ordered. Those conditions were not shown until after I had entered all my info, like my credit card number. They need to be shown before you give them any information. I couldn't even cancel at that time because the process started immediately after they got my credit card number. Sheesh, what a ripoff.

HERE IS WHAT TO DO IF YOU GOT DAZZLEWHITE-MUGGED
HERE IS WHAT TO DO:

*If you used your major credit card... call immediately and report it. Have them treat the account as if your card had been stolen (because basically, it has). THIS IS A THEFT/FRAUD... Treat it as such!

*Call the Dazzlewhite and ell them EXACTLY this:

"I DID NOT AGREE TO THOSE TERMS AND I SHALL BE SUBMITTING AN AFFIDAVIT OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO MY BANK."

and:

"I DID NOT AGREE TO THOSE TERMS AND I SHALL BE SUBMITTING AN AFFIDAVIT OF FRAUD TO MY ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE (BBB, FBI and/or FTC).”

Also tell them:

“I HAVE CANCELED THE ACCOUNT. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS IDENTIFIED YOU AS A FRAUD AND CANCELED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO THEFT.”

I would repeat these statements VERBATIM several times during the course of your conversation with Customer Care. It sounds odd, but it drives home your legal rights. I wrote down the statements (in quotes) so I could say them fluently. Say these statements clearly and strongly, repeat them several times. This strengthens your stand legally with these con-artists and they know it.

I was issued two cancellation emails that stated I was still responsible for the $79.85 charge. I kept repeating those statements (above) and I was finally issued a six digit cancellation number that made the $79.85 charge "go away". They still wanted to charge me the $1.95. I told them that my credit card company had identified them as fraudulent and the card was flagged as "stolen", therefore, there was no longer an account for the $1.95 to be charged to. The customer service representative then had the nerve to ask me if this was a checking account! I informed him it was not - it was credit and now the account was gone. The customer service representative now wanted to send me a check for the $1.95 refund (I am not joking). This is the point I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, simply stating, “I do not believe you understand me.“ - and I think the representative finally agreed. Upon speaking to the supervisor, I repeated the statements in quotes (above) a couple of times to her. She supposedly made the $1.95 charge go away.

I will post this every month for the rest of my life. WHO KNOWS! I’ll let you all know how it goes. Wish me luck. I certainly wish all of you luck.
