Taking money from my credit card account
I ordered a trial pack of Dazzlewhite teeth whitener, which didn't do anything and i have just received another 3 packs without ordering it. And there was no invoice enclosed and no details to contact anyone on the matter. There was a toll free number which said I could not be connected when I rang it. SCAM SCAM SCAM

A scam for unspecting internet uses
I signed up for what I thought was a free trial offer for Dazzlewhite but to my surprise I was billed AUD$92.83 for this one single Dazzlewhite pen which didn't even work and has since broken. As a further debit amount of AUD$10.07 was debited on my Visa I rang Dazzlewhite 1800 number and was told they "up sell" products and it is in the terms and conditions when you sign up for the trial offer. This has to be the biggest scam out and these people should be stopped. There was no button to click on to confirm if you have read their terms and conditions and obviously they rely on the fact that you as an honest person also believe they in turn are honest.

What is being done about these scams, I know the onus is on the person who is signing up for the products but it is still dishonest on their part.

con merchants
Hi, dazzlewhite are a bunch of thieving crooks. Do NOT sign up to the free trial as not only do they take your money (even after you've cancelled) they give your details to two weight loss companies who also take money from your card. I had to phone 2 different numbers in the USA to cancel but the cancellation numbers are extremely similar so they are obviously all 1 big company operating under different names. The product probably doesn't even work because if it did there would be NO need to scam people for money.

unauthorized charges
I responded to the ads for "whiter teeth" that popped up on my email (despite a block for popups). I ordered that free sample. When a representative called to confirm andthey told me they would enroll me in a monthly program, I stated that I did not want any "monthly program" or extra bonus products. I said if they could not just send my free sample, then to cancel my order. That was on 8/27/09. My VISA bill for Sept. shows 4 charges, 2 for "ultifreshwell" at $79.28 each, and one for Ezykit ($8.53), and elitepack ($6.21). These are apparently companies connected with DazzleSmile/DazzleWhite. All agreed to cancel when I called on 10/2, but would not refund. I received one order of Dazzle White, which I did not order. I was told they would send email how to return, but I only received cancellation order, no address. I talked to the Ohio Attorney General's office, but they need an address for DazzleWhite to file a complaint. Can anyone help with an address? Respond to me at [email protected]. Thank You
