AOL email had an advertisement for risk-free trial of teeth whitening products from two companies: DazzleWhites and CleanWhites. Upon receipt of the CleanWhites product I read the enclosed information and found that if the unused product was not returned within 14 days of the order date I would be charged $79.99. I returned the product immediately after only using it on day because I wanted to be sure it was received by them before the "charge" date.
The other risk-free tooth whitening product had no such fine print in the enclosed information so I have not returned the product and have been charged $79.28 twice: 9/17 by pristinehlth and 9/24 by beutyclub. This matter is still unresolved.
This is a good scam because no where in the sign-up web sites does it explain the return policy and/or the automatic charges. Getting this straightened out will be difficult. Thank You.
