FRAUD
I have been on the phone for the past 2 hours trying to get two charges disputed on my VISA. If one does not cancel with Dazzling Brite within 7 days, the "membership" from their free trial of $3.47, then they start charging one's VISA. I've had 2 charges of $87.47 so far from two different companies, one Dazling Brite and one Brite White.. I finally got through to a company, after two closed account phone numbers. The number the bank gave me was 1 888869 2674. The person would not tell me the name of the company and would not cancel the membership. She said I had to do it on line...then she said she would send me an e mail in order to do this. After two hours I forgot to ask her what e mail was she going to use to send it to me. So, now I'm in the waiting game of the Visa company to dispute the second charge. And by that time, there will be a third chard. Sounds like a nightmare to me. Has anyone had success in closing out their "membership"?

Unauthorzied charges
I purchaed a sample offer from Panama Dazzling brite teeth whitning Product for about $5 + postage.
But after a month, my credit card has been charged for 2 $87 without any authorization.
I need to get this refunded from the Company for such illegal practices.

unauthorized bank drafts
No contact information was provided to cancel before first payment, then once I figured out how to contact them and cancelled I am still getting charges on my account and their number is no longer in service.

FRAUDULANT USE OF MY BANK CARD
ON DAZZLING BRITE'S WEBSITE I ORDERED A STARTER TEETH WHITENING KIT FOR $3.87 ON JUNE 7TH. THERE WAS A SECOND PAGE TI GO TO IF YOU WANTED A CONTINUING PROGRAM FOR ANYWHERE FROM $60.00 TO OVER $100.00. I THEN REALIZED THIS WAS A SCAM AND CLOSED THAT WINDOW. TODAY JUNE 14TH I RECEIVED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT MY CHARGE OF $3.87 FOR THE ONE THING I ORDERED AND THEN THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $87.47 MADE ON JUNE 21ST WHICH I DIDN'T ORDER. I SAW A NUMBER OF COMMENTS IN YOUR COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I AM CALLING MY BANKCARD AND TELLING THEM OF MY SITUATION AND I WILL NOT PAY THAT FRAUDULENT CHARGE.
PLEASE ADVISE ANY INFO YOU HAVE.

not received
I just called my bank they said if you dont receive the product in 30 days they can then dispute the charge, however if you do recieve the product there is nothing to do to get ur 87.00 bucks back because it states that on the web site, I didnt see anything pertaining to the big charge it was just supposed to be a sample, which so far I have not received. Total scam out of the country in Panama. Phone number supposedly is 1-877-777-8751 tried to call today no ans will try monday

As with the other complainants I purchased tooth whitener at a nominal sum-under £5.00-from this 'firm' and had £60.75 taken from my account Can I get this money back?

no such company
i got an offer of a free trial 4 tooth whitening all u paid was p&p. one was the whitener then dazzling brite was supposed 2 enhance the other. i paid both p&p 4 the whitener then the dazzling brite trials. i received the whitening product but no dazzling brite then my bank statement said dazzling brite had taken £60 out of my account 4 absolutely nothing. so beware do not get caught these people rob u

Money taken out of bank
This company charges my bank $87.47 and I have no idea what it is for! I received a free trial that I was supposed to only pay S + H for and three days after they charged the S + H, they took another $87.47. Tried to complain through the bank but since I gave my debit card # for the S + H-they would not reverse the charge.

Bank overcharge..no product recieved
I ordered a free trial of dazzling brite teeth whitener. I have not received my free sample to-date. Looking at my account today I found that the company have charged me $99.70 for a product that I have not received. I am very pissed off...be warned if ordering any teeth whitener products from this company.
