I ordered the free sample of another XM Labs product, Sivitrol. I did not receive the free sample until a day or two before or after I received the "you have to pay for this" package similar to other complaints about Sivitrol on this site. They did cancel my order and I was stuck for the payment. HOWEVER, today I received what appears to be another XM Labs product. I did not open the package but it does indicate "Dazzling Teeth Kit" in the address; an improvement over the last package which didn't indicate any product (I still have the package). During the last episode I was told I could not return the package because I had opened it and by the time I talked with someone I was told the time period to cancel the first "pay" shipment had expired. I just happened to think I recognized the "Order Fulfillment Center" sender name (3609 No. 29th Ave, Hollywood, CA 33020) and then came on line to do some research. I have not ordered anything online thru facebook since the Sivitrol incident which was rec'd during August 2009. Through my online research, I found through this site's complaints that both Sivitrol and the Dazzling Teeth Kit appear to be XM Lab products. XM Labs already has my address and credit card information. I wanted to see if the whitening product is one of the offered products through the facebook game from which I ordered the Sivitrol free sample. It appears that the game no longer offers users the option of ordering products or taking surveys to gain GF points. I wonder if XM Labs is reviewing old files looking for customers since the facebook game(s) avenue may no longer exist.
