Nevada Corporate advantage served as my resident agent and has not returned my corporate register after going out of business. It will cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the book. Their resident agent is no help at all in finding the book. I am about to file a felony theft report with Metro Police Dept. Seeking the return of my book.
