GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I got confirmation numbers from the company after following a tip from someone else who was scammed. The first call I made I got nowhere, but after reading thru complaints, I found a couple that mentioned the FBI, BBB and Attorney General. Those are the magic words. By the way, besides getting money back for the initial 1.98 charge for a blank CD, there were other charges, 3.77, 3.73, and the whopping 69.95 that came as a surprise. I got a confirmation number for refund for each item. I was supposed to receive a disk with information, not a blank CD-wont pay for it. Did not authorize charges for 3.77 or 3.73, nor was there any information re the monthly 69.95--I searched the site when I signed up. When they take you back to the site, there is the information re 69.95 monthly fees, "smoke and mirrors" because I know I thoroughly searched because I have been scammed this way before. However, despite the scam, be assertive and mention the FBI, BBB and Attorney General and you should have some success at getting your charges returned. I have confirmation numbers, my credit card company said that that will be enough to have the charges removed or they will continue to dispute the charges, I also asked this company if any other charges were going to be charged to my account, they said no because I cancelled my business with them. To be on the safe side, I am going to call my credit card company and ask for another card number. Good luck
