I ordered a set of grant forms for $ 1.98 shipping and have been fighting a charge here and there, the biggest $ 69.95 . I have no contact information and I cannot get my credit card to reverse the charges.

I also get incessant calls from other scammers, and misc shipping charges for other 'orders', all imaginary.

I propose we go after them, all of us. These are my thoughts:

FTC - who is required to investigate every complaint.
State licensing board if anyone can find where they are licensed.
Your house of representative, especially, if they are in an election year, at the least, they could tell you where to file a complaint.
Credit card company - keep disputing those charges, and force them to reply to you, to investigate. At some time, it may become more economically efficient to cut them off.

Please report back what your success rate is. I have been trying to deal with Chase. They were slow to respond, made my life a nuisance, froze my account, and I am still fighting them. The upside of that is since my account was frozen, DBW could not charge to it.

CHASE is also on my complaint list. They need to support their customers, us.

Dear Sir:
I am sending this complaint because this company ripped off my credit card without my consent. I was charged 69.95 per month since 6-5-09. I did not catch this until I found 2 other companies that was charging my account too. At no time did I authorize these charges. I was charged 1.98 for a (Grant Paperwork) and that was all that was listed. I never received the paperwork on grants. This was suppose to be free information and the 1.98 was for mailing charges. I do not appreciate this kind of scam going on. I have submitted a request for refunds as of today. I have notified the visa company and they have disputed these charges. I am very disappointed regarding this company and feel they have ripped off enough people as it is.. I think its time you shut them down.

They keep charging my credit card every month a total of $69.95. I have not ordered or received anything from them and can not find them to get this stopped! I can not find them on the internet! Please help me if you have any information on this.

These people did 3 unauthorized charges to my CC. I don't know know how they even got my CC info. The total is $77.45. I called yesterday to tell them I wanted a credit immediately and that I would turn them in to the BBB. They don't even speak English that well. I'm frustrated that they can do this. I can't afford to have money taken out that I didn't authorize. These people are somehow taking advantage of us.

They told me I would have a credit for part of it. That's not good enough, and I got mad and yelled at them over it. I need help to recover my money. I hope you can help me. Thank you, Karen
