I ordered a $550 alternator on Dec 7 2009 from DC Power Engineering.
It was shipped to my billing address, not my shipping address.
I contacted DC power Engineering by e-mail and by phone of their error as soon as
I received tracking information from FedEX.
FedEx shows that the package has been delivered to my billing address and left at my front door.
I will not return to the billing addresss until Dec 30 2009.
I have not had any contact from DC Power Engineering since I informed them of their error in shipping.
I hope that this package is still at my front door when I get back.
I will strongly urge everyone not to do business with a company who cannot ship items to the correct address and will not return any communication when they have made an error.
