xionix, llc showed up on my bank statement for $9.95. i have never heard of this company & do not know how or why they took money out of my account...i am in the process of finding out why with my bank as this report is being issued...I HAD GOTTEN AN EMAIL ABOUT CLEANING UP MY PC BUT I DIDNT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS ..WHEN I SAW THE CHARGES FOR 9.95 . I JUST DELETED THE WHOLE THING.I DID NOT USE THIS SERVICE ..I HAVE CALLED THE NUMBER I GOT FROM MY BANK TO VERIFIED THIS CHARGE AND I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSSAGE SO SOMEONE CAN CALL ME BACK.. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM...I WILL FURTHER PURSUIT THIS ISSUE WITH MY BANK AND FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM FOR THE CHARGES...how can i get this refund back to my card and make sure that i will never be charged again for something i did not subscribe too ...all of these company says it is free clean up on pc but then they charge you anyway you dont use it ...i demand my refund back on my card...
