Rip Off

I gave this company my credit card number for $2.97 and they went wild with it and charged me unlawfully 138.67. Their scam was to help you with a website to make money on internet. But their scam was to take your money that's how they are making money. My credit card company called me the next day and cancelled my old card and reissued me a new one. They said I had to send them an affadavit and that I would get the $138.67 off my account, this was in October, now in March, I have to pay it. I'm sick of crooked companies like DCA Biz that prey off innoncent people and get by with it. I can't believe that credit card companies can't stop this person when all you see on the internet is what a crooked company they are and they still get by with it. It is time to have them stopped.

REFUND DENIED

After signing up for what I thought was a newsletter, I was then charged $2.97. No problem. But, I replied to an email that I wanted to cancel and a refund. No reply. Next day I was charged $68.71. I then called their number 888-495-7634. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She hung up on me. I explained I am on SSDI and have limited income and did not expect this charge and now cannot pay my rent. I have a rare spinal disease am on narcotics. They told me that is not their problem that I didn't read the terms and conditions. I asked to speak to a manager - they are all in meetings. No refund.
