I would like to share my bad experience with the company DCIS.net and its CEO Cesare Alessandrini. This person contacted our agency in 2008 interested in buying a large dollar amount on Media Buy exposure for usagreencardlottery.org one of their scammy sites which does nothing but charge latin american customers money for supposedly sending their application to US Immigration services to participate in the green card lottery (not true) anyways our company accessed to provide a net 30 credit for the media buy and invested about 12k on behalf of DCIS.net. We were thinking that everything was ok until 30 days later when we realized this guy vanished and it was very difficult to get a hold of. Our agency tried contacting DCIS.net for over 3 weeks with unsuccesful results, one day we dialed with a private number and we got of hold of this guy Cesare on the phone, his words were that he did not receive the generated leads from this initiative and he would not pay us for our efforts and investment. Luckily one of our media buy providers charged his credit card on time and they could recover this money. For the rest of it, money was never paid, in essencce we work 45 days for free for this guy and never received a penny. We felt it was time to let other people in the industry know this scam so they can stay away from DCIS.net
