My mother (72 years old) withdrew money from her retirement account to repair her homes foundation. She paid DCM $4975. on 12/19/2006 for the repair work. The work came with a limetime guarantee for the foundation. This spring my mother noticed the cracks in her walls were becoming worse. Apparently, the foundation was in needs of maintenace again. She called DCM to explain the further deteroiation and a representative came out. The representative explained the company had sold but they would honor the Life time guarantee. The representative looked around her home and said he would call her back. She never received the follow-up phone call. We both have made several attempts to talk with someone but we only receive an answering machine message and never a return phone call.

My mother is aging and cannot afford to go elsewhere and start over on the foundation repair. DCM should honor the original agreement as paid for.
