Paid them but they didn't do anything!
Was told they could lower % rates on credit cares, paid them then no action on their part. Can't find them now, PH# out of service.

Credit craud fraud
They charged my husbands credit card without proper authorization and they refuse to credit the card. Now I have gone through chase and initiated a chargeback and have contact lawyers to file a complaint/suit.
Don't ever deal with these idiots. Anyone who works for this "company" has not ethics, morals, or intelligence whatsoever. They are the rudest, most obnoxious people out there.

Fraud
Iwas charged a fee of 895 for credit card relief services in return fot $2500 in credit towards closing out my accounts. Onlt to find that my interest rates would not be lowered nuch more than promsed, I would not get the $2500 promised and never received an informational packet from DCPS to review as promised. I requested a full refund of what I ws charged and DCPS has so far refused to return my money even though they have given me nothing.

Committed fraud & charged me $2190
I was contacted by someone from DCPS and told that they could lower my credit card interests rates from 20%+ to 8% or 9%. They had all my credit cards numbers and knew my balances and credit available amounts. They said the service would cost $1095 up front but that I would make that up in savings within the first few months. I asked them to send me the paperwork so we could get started. I found out a couple of days later that they have charged both my MC and Visa cards the $1095 and tried on my Sears card, but Sears denied the charge & contacted me and told me this was an ongoing fraud situation that they have seen before.

interest rate /charge card fraud
Received call on May 20th, 2009 about interest rate drop and how this company could help me. I was told there would be a fee 0f 1, 295.00 to lower interest rates. They said they would send me paper work and that I had 5 days to return it. If they could not lower the rates I would receive a refund in full. I have not recieved the paper work. I've contacted them 3 times now asking for my money to be refunded and have been refused each time. They say they have sent the paper work by regular mail and then by UPS and I still have not received it. I was under the impression that I would not be charged until I filled out paper work but that is not the case. HELP Please
