I have come to be victimised by this so called customer service hotline, I am beyond disapointed by the service I was provided and have been provided. Wait time to for assistance is extremely long I would say I was on the line for twenty-minutes, sometimes it seems as if they have too much of a wait time and I get a breif message to call back which then I am disconnected. Today was a day that I woke up extra early because I was unable to get ahold of a live person for two days. After that wait I ended up with a representitive with a very condesending tone and was not willing to be help. She became very agressive and almost mocking, that I don not accept and will not accept because I am the customer and I require service. I spoke to a floor supervisor that also could not answer my questions and was not the employees supervisor. All I can say is I am very disapointed and I would like to make a formal complaint, I am researching where this can be done. I am a manager at a healthcenter where I also oversee a small call center that handles appointment scheduling, what I have witnessed through this line is not acceptable my any means.
