i was trying to get my FREE CREDIT REPORT which i didn't get, then i checked my bank account there were 4 one dollar charges on it. i called my bank to find out what it was and they told me it was privacy matters and i must have tried to get a credit report. so i called them to talk about it. i thought it is free, well they refunded the money next thing i know there 2 charges of 29.99 and 9.95 which made my account overdrawn, when i spoke to them they refunded my money but my bank said it is their responsibility to refund my overdraft fees since they made my acct negative. so i called and was told to send a copy of my bank statement showing this and i receive this letter in the mail telling me that they are not going to give this money to me that they already refunded the money that they took out of my account. yeah but i was charged $34.00 each for those 3 charges and they are saying to hell with me and my $102.00 it is not fair. then i read this that they are ripping others off too. triple advantage was the other one
