I, Nibha Prasad is the Bona-fide holder of SBI Credit Card no.4317-5756-4444-3526, I have a genuine following complaint against your Merchandiser M/s-Compact International-Deal4All:
1. That I have booked a Polo Trolley Travel Duffel Bag on 23/10/2009 vide the Buyer's no. is 000124665 Dt.23/10/2009 and the cost of this product was Rs.999/-.
2. Rs.999/- has already been debited from my card, I paid this money to you honestly.
3. But extremely sorry to say still they did not deliver the product to me.
4. I tried several times to contact them on their no.022-40791234 but in-vain, no one picked the phone, however they keep the phone on hold more than an hour but no one take pain to talk their customer .I call from Delhi and it is STD call but they don't take care. There is a system IVR and listen only taped voice and music and nothing else.
5. I started to lodge the complaint via email and after five reminders they take pain to reply .But in spite of this I did not receive the product till today.
6. I know SBI and the offer come through SBI Card and only to see the name of SBI Card I placed the order so SBI must take pain to follow their merchandiser to make the delivery their card holder timely .Merchandiser must have the Toll free number because customer may assess easily.
7. If they are unable to deliver the product, kindly reverse the amount of Rs.999/- to my card.
