Terrible experience
After receiving a invitation for extended warranty program I elected to sign up for a 5 year 100, 000 mile program. I performed this over the phone and was satisfied until I received my contract. After a complete reading I saw where any modifications done to a vehicle other than factory would null and void the contract. I have a 2003 corvette and want to put for gas and cooling reasons a new exhaust and cold air intake on my vehicle. The car only has 21K miles on it and most vet owners prefer to make such changes for longer engine life.
So after seeing they would not cover I called explained my situation, after the young lady investigated the situation she returned back to say they would not be able to cover due to company rules. I said ok, she then said I would receive my $ 150.00 dollars deposit amount back on my credit card, I only received $ 125.00 dollars. Now I realize 25.00 dollars is not the end of the world, but when you take someones money send contract to find out all the small print and the coverage won't work for you at a cost, thats BS. I suggest you know all the fine print before you give these people one dime. Just think about it $25.00 dollars times countless numbers of people what that adds up to. Wish I had a business like that, if I ran mine like that I'd be out of business in a short order.

repeated calls--after DO NOT CALL requests
How can this company be punished. On the latest call when I told the rep (which I got to after pressing the "9" key on the recorded message) that I had previously requested to be put on the DO NOT CALL list, the rep told me that I have to pay for that...it's a new law.
This company should be shut down. It is a consumer annoyance. I am certain that anyone who actually purchases their "services" is not getting at thing for their money.

fraudulent representation
represented themselves as being related to my dealership -- called several times to sell me an extended warranty, telling me that my warranty had expired. It turned out they were in no way related to my dealership, and that in fact my warranty had not expired. I think their warranties may be real, but they represent themselves as covering everything and they definitely don't. Check what you're getting before you buy anything.
