Scam and I got hit
I just heard from my credit union and I had a charge from DealMax which I never authorized. The charge was for 29.95 plus 1.00 authorization charge. Interestingly, I haven't contact any such company or approved any charges from my card. The only thing I have done recently is hunt for a part-time at home work program. I went to several website for rebate processors but I didn't give any information regarding my debit card. Now I get to go sign papers to stop the charge and to get a new card. Great! I live with my debit card since most places won't take a check without a blood test!

Fake charge
DealMax charged me over 5 times of 19.9 for the membership that I never enrolled. I have no idea how they got my account number, and how the bank allow them to seize my $$? There is something to be done. When I call the toll-free number show on their website, there is no one answering the phone except the voice mail.

Money taken out of my checkdebit card for n o reason
Deal Max, QT777, AP9*Passport To all of these companys somehow are taking money ou of my debit card and of course they leave no way that you can find them.

Fraudulently withdrawing funds
Dealmax obtained my credit card info fraudulently, and proceeded to deduct payments of $1.00 and $29.95 each month. When I called to complain, they were obviously used to such complaints and immediately offered to reimburse one month; the supervisor acted like she was doing me a favor by reimbursing two months. When I asked for the next supervisor in the hierarchy she refused to transfer my call, claiming there wasn't a higher supervisor. Ridiculous!

Taking money that was not theirs
Some survey third party...whatever...company that says they send out an email and if you don't respond to the email your credit card gets charged. Who checks spam mail and where do they get off charging 29.95 for a membership that does nothing! It's not a product or service...Nothing!

i only authorize my account to be charge one dollar and my account was charge several dallor left me with five over draft fees of $35.00 a piece i would like my account to be remburse and also the over draft fee my name is desrene barr

THEFT
I had an unauthorized charge for something called DealMax, I have no idea who or what they are but they took $30 off of my credit card and I need to know how to get it back and what it was used for and if I can get a hold of them.

unauthorized charges
There was a charge on my cc for $19.95 which I did not authorize. The charge was on a date I was out of the country!!! I called and got an employee name and id#. The employee told me the charges would be reversed--we shall see. I have no idea how they got my cc# in the first place. 04/19/08
