I paid for expedited shipping on 2/1/11. The email I received said I would receive the order in 5-9 business days from placing the order. I should have received my merchandise on 2/14111 at the absolute latest. I was given a fedex tracking # and the fedex website says the order was shipped 2/4/11. I was told by customer service that I would rec'v the order WITHIN 5-7 business days of shipping which means I should have gotten it today at the ABSOLUTE latest. I was also told that my order is shipped via fedex to my local post office and then the us postal service delivers it to me. Of course, they had no tracking # for the usps. What a crock. the fedex website says my order shipped from dallas on 2/8/11 and that is the last entry. SO where is it? By the way, I paid extra for EXPEDITED shipping AND their customer service dept is extremely RUDE. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
