Dont fall into this SCAM. Especially to the step by step mentoring program. You might learn a few new things from the book if you're totally new to real estate but the coaching/mentoring program is just a SCAM. You learn nothing new and you'll get no help. The bottom line of this whole thing is you need to get a "great deal" to get success. To get this deal you'll have to submit at least a 100 offer and maybe 1000s in a month to get one deal if you're lucky. If in case you end up buying Dean Graziosi's book stop yourself right there dont spend anymore $$$$$. How does law allow these people to take advantage of hard working Americans? What can we do to stop all these SCAMs?
