Paid $4750.00 for a real estate course. I have been trying to get a refund because I am unable to use the program. I purchased it on 08/12/09. After 4 days I began calling them emailing them asking for someone to call me because I did not think I would have the time to do what it was going to take to be sucessful. They sold me the program saying I could do this on 5 to 10 hours per week. I spoke with an advisor of theres and he agreed with me that it was definately going to take more time than that. He said he spends 25 to 30 hours per week and he said he really could spend more time also. I sent emails asking for the customer service mentor to call me or email me back so I could get a refund. He would not answer my emails. He only called and left messages for me to call him. Finally after speaking with 15 different people they sent me to there refund department. They told me since I opened a (3) part module it would cost me $599.00 and (2) disc set that I did not even order or know who it came from until three days ago will now cost me $695.00 and I can't return it cause they are sure I have already downloaded it, even though I haven't opened it. Then there are startup costs, merchant fees, commissions and shipping in the amount of $1075.00. Then I get back $2391.00. I asked for a copy of the original invoice and a copy of the post office receipt that they say my husband signed for when the discs were picked up. They have not sent that and I can't get a further response from them. I have a paper they sent asking me to sign and fax back giving up any right to any further money or I get nothing.
