He was suppose to paint a house. He left the plates off all the A/C vents, didn't finish a room, paint was not the right color and I believe he didn't buy the paint but "borrowed" it from his last job. He also took 6 months to do the job. Yes, 6 months which other contractors would finish in 6 days. I would not have paid him but the owner was busy and paid him without checking on the finished product and the owner Dean would not come back and finish the job once he had been paid.
