All invents happend in December 2008.
Shady sales rep (Arcelia Aguilera) trying to sell furniture that is on the display strore for the price of a brand new furniture. When we pick out the furniture that we liked a sectional left arm facing sofaand right arm facing chaise she informed the furniture would be delivered by the end of the week, but we got a call later that week and was told that they no longer have the sectional in their warehouse stock. Aguilera told us to come back to the department store and pick out another furniture that we would like more but really did not want anyone that was more than what had bargain for she adviced us that there had just been another department store in chino hills that just open up no more than 2 months ago. I decided to call chino hills and investigate how long the store had opened up and if they had the specific sectional ( which I gave description number) in their store. Chino hills told me that had open up about 5-6 months ago and that sectional that I specifically wanted was no longer in their display floor since over a month ago. I was really upset with the sales rep Aguilera who should have been more honest and we would have purchased the furnitre for a less amount but not for the amount of a brand new furniture. Dearden's should educate their sales rep with more a more appealing customer service satisfaction approach.
