I canceled my extended warrenty over two months ago, because I sold the car. I purchased a new car and didn't need it. I spoke to someone via the phone to confirm the cancelation of the extended warranty. They told me that I had to send a letter to confirm that I wanted to cancel the warranty. I sent the letter over two months ago with all the information that was needed to get my refund back I still haven't recieved anything in return. I was also told it would take about 6-8 weeks its been more than that. Thank you for your time and I hope to recieve an email soon letting me know what's going with my return.
