I had lost my debit card for my salary account no. 1358114001461 on nay 23rdmay, '10.I had gone to my
branch on 24th may & filled an application for a new card. I got my new card on 2nd june but the pin no. which came on 4th june mentioned credit card pin. i went again to the branch in Khan Market & showed them that i have receieved the wrong pin so i was made to fill a form again for the new pin which i was assured will come in 1 week to the branch. I have been following up regularly since 2oth June & everytime i call up the branch people would tell me that they would check the cause of delay & call to inform me about the delay.But till date i have not received a single call from the branch informing me about the status of the pin, After i got no response from the branch
i called the phone banking yesterday (25th june) to be told that the application for the pin has reached them only on 24th june, exactly 1 month after i had applied for my new card & again i will have to wait for 1 week to get my pin which means both for the months of june & july i would not be able to check the salary on the 1st.
This is totally unacceptable & really shows a callous
attitude towards your cutomers.I dont know where the
mistake has happened but i want an explaination to why i received the wrong pin in the 1st time & why it
has taken the bank 1 month to deliver the right one to me.
