I have been a customer of Debt Relief USA, Inc for 5 months, paying them $422 a month after they promised me they would put my money in an escrow account and would pay off my creditors. I was instructed to call them with any questions or concerns immediately. I have been trying to get a hold of them for almost two weeks and all I get is a recording telling me their client services is too busy and to call back later. I just want to cancel my account and get my money back.

I tried calling the number to sign up for the program and they told me to call client services and hung up. They were very rude. There are numerous complaints and lawsuits against them. I just want to get my money back so I can pay my creditors on my own.
