DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. After filling out an online form for debt resolution help, I was contacted by Nick from Pinnacle One Solutions, website: http://pinnacle1solutions.net/, and email: [email protected]. At the time, all of the checks I did through the BBB, and other online complaint sources and online reputation checked out good for Pinnacle One Solutions. What Nick at Pinnacle had to offer sounded reasonable and so my wife and I agreed to proceed with their services. Nick then did a little bait and switch on me. He got us on a conference call with what we thought was another legal representative in his office, but it was actually a three-way call with a completely different company (Legal Helpers Debt Resolution). With both of these companies on the conference call, we set up our account online while on the phone with them. The way their process worked is that a few days after our 1st deposit was made toward our debt, we would receive a packet of information in the mail and they said this packet just contained a form that we needed to sign giving them authorization to speak to our credit card companies. We had no idea that we were speaking to 2 different companies or that we would be dealing with a company other than Pinnacle One Solutions until we received the packet in the mail which had Legal Helpers Debt Resolution's name on all of the documentation. Although, I found some red flags with my online search of LHDR, by then it was too late to turn back. We were already signed up and had made our first payment. I believe Legal Helpers Debt Resolution and Pinnacle One Solutions are the same company. Either way, Legal Helpers Debt Resolution is one of the largest scams out there. Don't do business with them either because the credit card companies won't even talk to them to negotiate anything. Don't believe anything they tell you.

If you are having trouble paying off credit card debt, you can settle directly with the credit card companies yourself for about 40% of what you owe. In order to do this, you will have to not pay your credit card bills for about 2 months to show financial hardship.
