Terrible company
I just read the article about this company in the NY Times. If you want to give him a taste of his own medicine you can continuously click on his pay per click ads on google. He will get charged every time some one clicks and it will limit his visibility on the search engine

Terrible Service
The customer service and COMPETENCY of the folks at Décor My Eyes is HORRENDOUS!! I placed my order through a customer service rep to ensure that nothing went wrong, so that I would receive my glasses ASAP. I told the rep that I had just had a bad experience with Frames Direct who wasted 2 weeks of my time before they told me my frames were out of stock. The order appeared to go smoothly, and I paid for overnight shipping to ensure I would get it quickly. When day 4 arrived and my glasses did not, I contacted customer service to find out why the glasses had not been sent within 72 hours as they promised on their shipping page. THAT’S when they tell me that promise doesn’t apply to prescription glasses because those take 2 weeks. When I asked why they didn’t have that stated on their shipping page, and why didn’t the customer service rep who placed my order tell me that? …they had no good answer. They said they would expedite the order, still send it overnight, and refund my overnight shipping charges. Fine. Then on day 11, I get an email stating they need my prescription. WHAT!?!? I just about lost it at this point, as I made CERTAIN they received my prescription immediately when I placed the order 11 days ago!! Not only that, but what have they been doing for the last 7 days while they were supposed to “expediting” my order?? I couldn’t believe they were just NOW telling me that they can’t find the prescription I sent them 11 days ago!! Then to add insult to injury, I get these flippant one-phrase replies from their customer service rep, Tony, who is not apologizing for his nor their mistakes, and then he refuses to cancel my order. He actually wrote, “Don’t do this to me”… I couldn’t believe it. He had no remorse whatsoever for what they were doing TO ME!! The last thing I emailed him was to cancel my order, and that I would tell Visa not to pay them if he doesn’t do as I wish… at this point they were no longer even within their 2 week time frame. After almost 3 weeks, I get a tracking number stating it’s been shipped! And they didn’t even have the decency to send it overnight as promised, they sent it 2-day!! They just blatantly disregarded my cancel, and didn’t even try to make an effort to overnight it. These people are TERRIBLE!!! NEVER again! When you are spending over $300 with a company, I don’t think it’s asking too much to be treated with respect and honesty. Lastly, they won't post negative testimonials to their site, which is illegal to ignore them. I sent them this testimonial to post and you won't find it on there.

Rude
Tried to purchase sunglasses through this website. I realized they did not accept paypal, so I cancelled my order. The representative contacted me by email and was completely unprofessional. Kept asking why I would not pay another way. I explained to him that I had a credit with paypal I was trying to use and did not appreciate being told how to pay. I have been being sent spam mail from company 2-3 times a day.. Completely unprofessional and I would never do business with this company...

defected frames
I PURCHASED A PAIR OF VERSACE GLASSES AND, THE FRAMES ARE DEFECTED, THERE CROOKED ON MY FACE. WHEN I CALLED DECOR MY EYES LAST WEEK TO ENQUIRE OF THEM...I WAS TOLD TO TAKE THEM TO ANY OPTOMETRIST AND, THEY CAN STRAIGHTEN THEM OUT. I'VE TAKEN TO THREE AND NO ONE WANTS TO ADJUST THEM BECAUSE, THEY DON'T WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE IF THEY BREAK! I HAVEN'T WORN THE GLASSES BECAUSE, I'M UNHAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THEM FOR ANOTHER FRAME. MY ORDER NUMBER was 508511. ALL I WANT IS TO RETURN THEM FOR ANOTHER FRAME BECAUSE, THIS ONE IS DEFECTED OR A DIFFERENT STYLE MY NUMBER TO REACH ME IS 312-450-1800. THANK YOU! BRENDA JOHNSON

Bad product, service, and harrasment
I dont know where to begin, paypal doesnt work so they harrass you that you didnt correctly make payment, even though I did through google. I recieved over a dozen emails. Then they never quoted me on repairs, they just did them and charged more than I would have payed but had to in order to get my 2 pairs of glasses back. Then I was harassed when I was about to order again and had the same paypal problem and realized it was the same company so I cancelled my order. I recieved the RUDEST emails from a Tony Russo. I expained the bad experiences I had and her repiled with a misspelled "whatevre"
I cannot believe the audacity of this company. Stay far far away. I wish I wouold have read this site before I started doing business with them.

BEWARE- SCAM- RIPPED ME OFF
This company is a SCAM! Do not ever do business with these people! The owner- Tony Russo is the WORST. I purchased a pair of Chanel Eyeglasses from them and then asked if they could add nose guards on to them- they said no big deal- send them back and we will do it and you will get them back in 10 days. I sent them back on 12/14/09 and for 2-3 months, they claimed that my glasses were in the lab for "repair". Excuse after excuse, months went by and I kept calling and emailing asking for an update. Finally, one day- they "claimed" they never received my eyeglasses even though I have over 50 emails from them stating that they got my eyeglasses and it was in the lab for repair and I also have a tracking# and delivery confirmation. Finally I got fed up after 4 months of them giving me the run around, I disputed the amount I paid for my eyeglasses which was $249.99. But I was still out $152.60 for the cost of my lenses. Tony Russo finally calls me at the beginning of April once the credit card company disputed the charges and he admitted to losing my glasses. I said- all I want is refund. He said he would get back to me. It's now May and still have heard nothing. I have sent many emails begging for him to resolve this issue. NOTHING. This company needs to be shut down. Now I have NO glasses, and I lost $152.60 for the cost of my new lenses because they lost my glasses and it took them 6 months to admit it but still won't do anything about it. I don't want this happening to anyone else~!!

Wrong product and no returns
This company boasts “Customer Service At Its Finest” on its website and emails. I have found nothing that indicates this remark is true. I placed an order for a pair of specific Oakley sunglass as a gift for my fiancé. When the order arrived they were a different pair than I had requested. Thinking this would be an easy fix, I emailed the company requesting a refund or exchange. They responded in incomplete sentences with “this is what you ordered and this is what you got” explaining that “there is a 20% restocking fee” should I choose to return the item. Their suggestion was to use the item as a gift if it was not what I wanted. I went a step further and sent an image of the item that I ordered. They have yet to respond. I am now stuck with a pair of sunglasses that retail for about $99 when I paid $169.99 for the glasses I requested. As annoying as this process has been the fact that their dishonest claims are posted on every email did not help. I could not believe how rude and irrational this company is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDER OR ANY ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Knock off designer sunglasses
I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses from this company, spending approximatly $600 dollars. Not only was I told the items were authentic, I was also lead to believe they were in stock. Only 1 pair was. I received them and they were a poor version of the real Chanel's. I tried to contact the company via phone and email yet i never got a response. About 2 weeks later, the second pair arrived, not only were they the wrong model, they were bad knock off's as well. When I emailed a nasty complaint, O got a vile response from the owner. His name is Stanley Blake and he sent me an email basically saying the the joke was on me and "he got me good". By the time I had learned that I could dispute the charges, it was too late, the deadline had passed. When Stanley had learned of the denied filing of the complaint, the harrassing emails started all over again.

Scammers
Whatever you do do not get your glasses fixed at this place. I sent mine in to get fixed they fixed them without giving me a qoute it was 80 for a 100 frame absolutely insane they barely broke. I refused to pay it I payed for shipping in advance if you don't agree with there qoute well they never shipped them back. They have been avoiding me for weeks hang up on me when I call some guy name tony russo sent me a email saying he stole them just to be a dick now I have to go spend 200 and buy a new pair of glasses what a bunch of jerks 0 customer service. Alls I have to say is when I saw Brooklyn, New York as there mailing addresse i should of taken a hint no wonder why everyone hates new yorkers.

FRAUD
I ordered a pair of frames, eyeglasses, and they no longer make them. They were threatening to charge a 20% restocking fee. I cancelled my credit card because I suspected fraud. I called up to talk to them about it and the guy who said he was the "owner" told me to suck his dick and that he would charge my credit card as many times and as much as he wanted to. But my credit card company refused to authorize his charge.
I actually recorded the conversation and am going to pursue legal action against him and his company for sexual harassment. The company is liable because I told them what happened and they kept connecting me to the same individual, so they are all accomplices and are legally vulnerable because they aided him.
