We went to the Decorex Expo on the Monday and saw a rug which we liked and deciced to buy it. We were told that they did not accept credit cards or could not do a EFT to pay for this rug at the Expo, however, David told us that he would take the rug home with him and someone from their Durban office would call us by the following Wednesday at the latest to arrange payment and that he would then deliver the rug to our house. We had to phone him daily to find out when the Durban office would call us, but he had an excuse every time, eventually the Durban office called us on Tuesday the 18th and we paid and faxed the proof of payment through to them. Today is Sunday the 23rd of August and still no word from the Durban office or the local agent. Then to add insult to injury, we were walking in Builders Warehouse this morning and to our astonishment, the exact same rug which we purchased at the special Expo price of R1 599.00 was going for R1 199.00.
