Worst Customer Service
Try to avoid this merchant. The customer service is the worst I've never had before. Not to mention about the order took me more than 18 days to get it; I requested to return a defective item but the merchant said I needed to pay 25% of restocking fee. What a terrible policy! I will never go back to this store.

Avoid ordering from them
Ordered $200 of kitchen hardware. After 10 days called company who gave a ship date. Date passed and order didn't ship. Calls to company to cancel order were put on eternal hold. Do not do business with this company.

Bad service
I ordered faucet parts from decorglamour.com and have enjoyed some of the worst service that I've ever experienced in online shopping. They waited more than 10 business days to ship the parts without any notification as to a cause for delay. I had to telephone them and endure a lengthy holding period before I finally got a live rep who took another 10 minutes just to give me a UPS tracking number for the shipment. I'll never order from this company again.

Buyer beware
I ordered an expensive faucet from this Co. 10 days ago. The order was delayed because the shipping address differed from the billing address. After I verified my shipping address I received an email saying that my order was now being processed. That is all. I cannot reach them for a shipping confirmation or to cancel the order. I was on hold for 45 minutes and gave up. I sent two separate emails and there was no reply. I called American Express to resolve the issue but they can't do anything until they charge my account. I cannot stop them from charging my account or from shipping the item. After reading the reviews and trying to deal with them I want to cancel my order because by the time I get the faucet (if ever) it will be too late. My kitchen will be finished and from what I read I will probably never get my money back. I need my faucet right away or to cancel my order. This is the worst online experience I have had. My remodel is in a remote location and I have ordered numerous items online and received them promptly with lots of communication. I am not a happy camper!

Buyer Beware!
Decor Glamour did indeed, have the lowest price BUT when the knobs we ordered did not match what we had seen in the store and needed to be returned things got a little scary.
We finally got our money back but I don't think we would have had we not nicely and consistantly called to check on it every two to three days. There was out right fibbing going on that lasted 6 plus weeks!
After this experience, I won't order from a company that doesn't accept PayPal. I'm not comfortable knowing that Decor has my credit card number and will probably cancel my card in order to get a new number.
The few extra cents you may save is NOT worth the headache!!!

Bad customer service
This outfit does not return phone messages or emails. does not deliver on time. Did not advise when goods were going to be delivered, I was the one who had to call to find out delivery was next day. Was threaten by a huge re stocking charge when I stated that I did not know if someone could be home to receive the delivery. Ana stated it would go back to the company and she would nail me with the re stocking charge. Very un proffessional should not be in bussiness representing companies that produce fine products.
