This website is a ripoff. Not only does it not ship purchased products, its cutsomer service is practically nonexistance. I've tried for months to either get a refund or have my products shipped but all I get is a canned response and no service. My advice is not to order from this company. The only reason I ordered from them in the first place was because the products I wanted was on this website and it would save me the trouble of ordering from two seperate one. You can find your products cheaper and at a more reliable e-shop.
