Don't use Paypal as a form of payment but advertise as such and then will charge you if you pick paypal as an option of payment
I was trying to order a pair of sunglasses on 6/30/2010 (MARC JACOBS 098 in the D28AZ color for $217.00) on decormyeyes.com web site and I was trying to pay with my Paypal charge (credit account) account because that was a given option of payment on their web site. So I selected the sunglasses in my cart to order and when I selected to pay for the sunglasses by Pay Pal I was routed to a page stating that "We noticed that you tried to checkout with Pay Pal and had experiences a problem. We apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused in trying to use PayPal.I am sorry to report that we are still working out the integration infrastructure and connectivity and it's uncertain when this problem will be resolved. Please use an alternate payment method such as Visa/MasterCard/Amex or Discover to pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card. " I wanted to use Paypal only so I did not continue with the order. Nothing was paid for. The vendor sent me email asking me why I did not pay for the glasses as of yet & that they were still in the shopping cart. I told them that I did not want them. I purchased the sunglasses on another site that allowed me use to Paypal. I was told I had to pay 20% to cancel the order? I was like what order no transaction occurred. So the next few days I received harassing email saying that they will take me to small claims court & destroy my credit. I responded saying I will not be forced to pay for something that I did not want anymore & also if Paypal was not an option on their web site why have that as a payment option on the web site that is entrapment. I also told them to stop emailing me which they did not any I will see them in court if need be. I saved all there emails and my responses. Unbeknownst to them I contacted Paypal because I have their credit card I was told by Paypal that the company Decormyeyes.com have issues with Paypal and they should not have them as a payment option on their website.

Fraud
I purchased frames from this company in December. I was charged and have received no product. I have since asked for a refund since it is almost four months since my order. I first asked for a refund in February, but still nothing. I have called multiple times, written emails and was told I was going to receive a refund, but nothing. This is theft and fraud and I highly recommend never ordering from this company.

Racial Slur Hurled by Owner
Order glasses on lay-a-way plan and try to cancel after feelings of misgivings about company. Told that there would be $25 cancellation fee. Pointed out to company that "cancellation fee" was not included in their Lay-a-way policy. Ater numerous emails back and forth company offered to match another website's price. The company shipped item and charged my account without discount. Email them only to be sent the standard did you read our cancellation policy statement. Spoke to the manager Tony Ruso and ask that they honor the offer to price match and credit my account. He proceed to curse me. He sent me two emails. One with the credit to my card and another calling me a "porch monkey" which google defined as a racial slur meaning "a lazy black person. I am shocked that any consumer would have to be subjected to this type of behaviour by a company. Be aware these people are unprofessional and bigots as well. Now I wished I had gone ahead and purchase the frame full price from my local store.

scams
These people are simply thieves. A simple repair to a pair of sunglasses was charged at $100. After a great deal of discussion it was agreed to drop the price to $45. When the glasses were returned they had not even been fixed. After we complained to the credit card company they said they would refund the card and carry out the repair for free. When we sent back the glasses they went back on the agreement and refused to even give us back our property unless we paid for them. Tony Russo, the owner was rude and abusive and seemed exceptionally pleased that he had conned us. Please do yourselves a favor and do not buy from this comany. It will end badly as he is a sammer and a thief. Spread the word people.

Bad service
Ordered precription glasses from decormyeyes, got them a week later, but they included writing on the lens stock which I can't remove, and had paid for anti-glare coating which wasn't done...put in a complaint with paypal, but they won't protect since it's not an Ebay purchase and Stanley Bolds called and left a vulgar message on cell phone, as well as follow up emails calling me names and telling me to kill myself...DON'T do business with this guy !!!

Fake stuff
Please beware that DecorMyEyes is a SCAM!!!
I just bought a pair of Prada eyeglasses from them. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed they were counterfeit. So the next day I called and some guy by the name of Stanley answered and he got really upset and yelled at me and told me I was a stupid liar and that I was going to burn in hell. He told me that he did not care about my business because I was an ignorant stupid little girl. So I asked for a refund and he said that I was nuts and that he was not going to give me a refund. So then he hung up on me. Please people don't fall victim of this crazy nut head out there. He sells FAKE stuff.

Stanley Bold Sold me fake Prada Sunglasses and will not return my money.
This man is selling fake sunglasses and claiming they are real. He claims he gets them straight from the manufacturer. This man is a Fraud and do not buy anything from him. I don't know how he is still able to have a business. When I recieved my Prada(fake) sunglasses it was clear as day that these glasses were as fake as a 3 dollar bill. I was able to confirm this with a rep who sells Prada Sunglasses. He sent me a real Prada Case with FAKE sunglasses.

eye glasses refund
I placed an order for a specific frame. A couple of days later, I received an email from Stanley Bolds letting me know that those frames have been discontinued. A day later I noticed that the charge has been made to my credit card for the price of the frames. I called DecorMyEyes and requested the refund. I have not seen my refund to date.
