I ordered 2 sets of DVDs, China Beach and Scarecrow and Mrs King on 21 October 2007. After a full month, I notified this company at their support number and was given explanations about their distributor, etc, etc. They promised a full refund. After 2 more weeks, I contacted them again and again they promised a refund. As of today, 2 months later, still no refund nor product. I had been notified by my credit card company that "someone" has been trying to access my account and I have been getting several "supposed" messages requesting my personal information. I talked to the company and sent the bogus emails to their spoof department. This company is apparently based in Sinapore and by the looks of the complaints, it is fradulent. Buyers beware!
