Bad Customer Service

I called Deegan to schedule an appointment and asked about a small repair for one of our gutters and the customer service person, who hasn't seen the gutter of which I spoke, raised her voice to tell me exactly what's wrong with my gutter and what it will cost to repair it. She was incredibly rude and hostile and apparently does not care about getting business because when I questioned her estimate she simply yelled "Goodbye!" and hung up.

What an awful company.

Not honest contracter

I needed a flat roof installed on my house that had leaks in many places. Deegan Roofing said no probs, we can fix it. Because a brand new roof would have costs almost 10 times the amount I chose to repair it.

I was told the repair would last 5 years and it did not last 1 week. Rain comes the next storm.

I called them back and they said they would not come backs unless I wanted them to install a new one. I was very angry cause they said they would garantey the work .

I payed them $700 for 2 hours of work and they ignored me. I payed them good and live on a modest income. Did all goodwill and Godfearing businesss disappear.
