For a total of $186.52 and was supposed to be shipped within 5 days. I should have received the merchandise on April 17th at the latest. Today is April 29th, 2009 and I still have not received anything. My credit card was charged on April 14, 2009 and I called 888-864-6938 after I received my credit card bill and found the number. When no one answered on any lines, I left a message on the customer service line with no return call. I left a message with their marketing department with no return call. I left a message with technical support, with no return call and I left a message with purchasing with no return call.
I am upset with myself that I didn't do research on the company first but I will in the future. I should have known something was up when I never even received a written confirmation regarding my order. While the prices SEEM lower on this website, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU NOT ORDER FROM DEERFIELDOUTFITTERS.COM OR FVI-STORES.COM (which is the company that was listed on my credit card statement)!!!
I am supposed to be going on a camping trip in the Grand Canyon on March 8th and I'm worried that I won't receive my equipment on time. Rest assured that I will have my lawyer contact this "organization" regarding this incident.
