I want a formal investigation against the Defense Contract Auditing Agency (DCAA).

I have to anonymous with this complaint because I’m fearful or retaliation by the DCAA auditors.

For the past several years, the DCAA has been performing an audit on United Space Alliance (USA) employees at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC), in Florida. USA management has told us that the DCAA is on a “witch hunt” for USA employees.

If a USA employee is seen talking with other USA employees, we get written up for time card fraud. Then USA management threatens to terminate us.

I would like an investigation into the activities of the DCAA here in Florida. This investigation should find answers to the following questions:

1) Why have the DCAA been targeting USA?
2) Why are certain USA employees being targeted?
3) How much taxpayer’s dollars have been spent by the DCAA on this on-going audit?
4) Who contacted the DCAA to perform this audit on USA? And why? Was it USA senior management? Was it NASA management? Was it a competitor of USA for future contracts with NASA?
5) How come other NASA contractors at KSC are not being targeted by the DCAA? Their employees do the same things that the DCAA auditors are writing up USA employees for.

These are stressfull times for USA employees with not knowing if we’ll have a job next year. Then we have the DCAA on a “witch hunt” against us. I feel the DCAA is abusing their power by this audit against USA employees.

So, please conduct an investigation into the auditing activities of the DCAA.
