Deficient Specialty Service Reviews

Star E October 18, 2010
Scam
I visited Glen Ivy for the first time in over 50 years and purchased a few specialty services. One was a reflexology treatment for 20 minutes for $49 plus tip. While my treatment lasted the 20 minutes, the technician covered only 1 of 3 body locations advertised to be included in the treatment. After contacting the establishment, the concierge mailed me a $10 gift certificate with an expiration date of just over 90 days. Considering it took me 50 years to once again become a patron and then having received a deficient treatment, I find it difficult to believe that Glen Ivy, considering their exclusive reputation, truly finds this to be a satisfactory resolution for a consumer.
