THE AGENTS DEFY TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH MY WASHING MACHINE. I CONTACTED DEFY ON 13-06-2008 AND MY MACHINE WAS CHECKED BY A TECNICIAN ON
17-06-2008 AFTER TWO CALLS TO SPEED THE PROCESS.
MY MACHINE WAS STRIPPED OF A PART AND WAS TOLD THAT ANOTHER TEAM MEMBER WILL COLLECT THE MACHINE. I CONTACTED THEM TODAY(19-06-08), SPOKE TO ALVIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MACHINE WILL BE COLLECTED ON MON. OR TUESDAY(23/24-06-08).
THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM YOUR SUPPLIER DEFY. ALL I NEED IS THE MACHINE TO BE REPAIRED AS I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO PHONE AND CREATE BAD FREINDSHIP WITH PEOPLE ON THE OTER SIDE. THIS IS A URGENT ISSUE.
