We arrived at Del Rey travel in Valencia, we were greeted kindly and they attended to us right away. Shortly after the presentation, we sat back down at our table. When a manager arrived, he gave us a series of sales pitches and took us to his office. He says "That he has a hard time hearing because his wife hits him with a baseball bat." What kind person says this? My wife and I told him that we need to think about this. We were told that they will give us some time to talk about this inside his office. While inside, we found one of his business cards, his name is Bob Revelle. My wife and I suggested that if we could step outside and talk about this. During our break from this high pressure sales, I looked up the companys' BBB rating and found a link in which we found Mr. Bob Revelle is included in the video.

He has changed his look by getting a haircut and shaving his mustache, however still the same scam. He then got upset when we lost interest of what he was selling. We find this very unprofessional and were glad we did not make a purchase. He only pretended to be nice to try and get us to buy something. Thank God for iPhones. If you have read this, please consider before you make a purchase with Bob Revelle, if you have, I suggest you cancel before its all too late. He has been a scam artist for quite sometime as it seems on the date of the videos. Very unprofessional demeanor. And line for line a money hungry liar.
