Kindly refer to the complaint lodged with the 100 Police help today on 15-5-2010 bearing position No. 111 and 140 at 19.05.
Today I have seen three trucks bearing No's :
* JK05B - 3149,
* JK05A - 7561,
* JK14A - 4771
These trucks carrying sheep's and goats in a very cruel manner double decor position approximately 275 animals in a truck instead of 40 and temperature was very high more than 40 degree, there was no water, food, medical treatment arrangements with these vehicles nor ISI specified to transport animals, these animals were being shifted to Jammu and Kashmir for slaughter under Indian Army supply cover, which is a false statements / cheating and misrepresentation of facts, animal cruelty as well...violating section 3, 11 and 38 read with 428 - 429 IPC / Delhi Police Act, 1978 because I have seen 4-5 dead animals in each trucks due to starvation, thrust, heat, stress, pain and injury.
It would be pertinent to mention here that during these kinds of long journey, before animal transportation...a certificate is mandatory under section 96 and 97 of the Cattle Transport Rule, 1978 amended in 2001 but no body cares about legislation for animals in practice in Delhi.
On my 100 Police helpline call ...some one approach me via mobile No. 9891104903 to know the actual location of these three trucks, intimation was given accordingly...when I approach him to know the updates of my complaints then he told me that all three vehicles have permission to carry animals like this and that officials bribed by the traders / owners of these animals / vehicles.
Hence you all are requested to book all three trucks for the violation of said legislation's read with 420 / 120-B IPC, tainted Police officials as well.
It is further intimated that DSPCA is totally failed to control animal cruelty / illegal cruel animal transportation in Delhi and all officials failed to perform their officials duties, Delhi Police as well and everyday many vehicles entered in Delhi via Bahadurgarh, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Gaziabad borders carrying animals in a very cruel manner...like wise animals shifted for J&K in same position, all concerned officials are sleeping on this issue after accepting bribe...Shame.
It may kindly be treated as a notice to Delhi Police and DSPCA to perform their officials duties and stop cruel animal transportation otherwise I shall be compelled to take up this matter in the court of law.
