I purchased a copy of Easy DVD Copy 4 from Dell Computer. It does not work as described and is virtually useless. Dell refuses to correct the matter and does not provide adequate support or resolution.

The product does not work is described. I purchased the product to copy my DVD movies to ipod format so that I can have entertainment while on flights. Unfortunately, the product WILL NOT COPY COMMERICIALLY AVAILABLE MOVIES since they are copy protected.

I own the movies, these are not rented. I believe the messaging of the product to be misleading and a misrepresentation given that the product duplicates standard copy functions from the OS. It's basically a scam.

Save yourself $45 and find a different product. There are many on the market, I just happened to pick the wrong one. Learn from the mistake.
