On Feb 21, 2011, I order a “2-Pack Welcome Kit” ($39.98 plus shipping) for my newly purchased Dell V 515W printer from online store ‘MyDellInk.com”. It wasn’t until June 2011 that I ran out of ink and when I checked the packages, I discovered that I had the wrong ink. I had received Series 11 ink cartridges instead of the correct Series 23. The packages have never been opened and I notified MyDellInk.com by email and exchanged several emails and was finally told to call their 800 number which I did on June 24, 2011 (I am active duty and have limited access to phones and email). After some delay I was told that the situation needed to bumped up to the management team (this is also what the email said) and when I asked to speak with the supervisor I was told he was on break and would call me back within the hour.
I did not receive a return phone call and my latest emails have been unanswered and so far am out the $40+. I have no problem with Dell and have since order ink directly from them instead of ‘MyDellInk.com”
