Bad Business
I ordered a Dell Laptop and a wireless mouse. Dell sent out the wireless mouse right away. I got my laptop about 6 weeks later. The laptop didn't do what it was suppose to do. I sent the laptop and the mouse back. They gave me credit for the laptop but would not give me credit for the mouse. Now without the laptop I didn;t need a wireless mouse. Dell said I ordered it I had to pay for it, because I had the mouse to long. Well my thoughts are i didn't need them to drop ship the mouse with out the laptop, but they did. So I have refused to pay for the mouse or to do business with Dell every again. I have a Dell desk top and have enjoyed it. But I refuse to do business with a company to practise bad business practices. Dell is a big Company I can't believe I got treated this way.

DONT BUY A DELL LAPTOP!!!
We bought a dell laptop clear back in March or so. We used it about a month and it went on the fritz. It would show a bunch of words on the screen and shut down. When it would re-boot it self it would stay on about another minute and do the same thing. We've tried talking to customer service literally hundreds of times. We've called them almost every day since and it is now August and still nothing has been solved. They keep telling us to do the same things and it doesnt work. Now theyve been telling us they'll call us back in half an hour and they dont, or they give us a number to call and no one ever answers it. Dell's customer service is HORRIBLE! I WILL NEVER EVERY BUY A DELL OR RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE. Pay $500 for a laptop and never even get to use it. RIDICULOUS!!! DONT BUY DELL!!!

Item never recieved
I ordered 3 laptops at zoolys which cost me 1k plus. I sent the money via western union and have beed waiting ever since. I tracked the money and it was received that same day and the items was never sent. To thios date I have not heard nor received the items.
