SENT IN MONEY, TOLD I QUALIFIED AND WAS APPROVED FOR 150, 000.00, NOTHING BUT A SCAM, THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU ARE DOWN ON YOUR LUCK. DO NOT GET INVOLVED EVER, YOU WONT GET A THING AND NO ANSWER ON PHONE CALLS. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL FOR FRAUD

These scammers are now operating as Delta Innovations. (also in Nevada) Don’t feel foolish and try to let go of some of your anger so that we can focus because we’ve been duped. They dangled our dreams in front of us and we acted like trusting humans. They strung me along for nearly 3 months before dropping the bomb. ..“Your representative has left the company and there is no record of this ‘fast track process or a grant award letter’ in your file and I’m sorry but, there is nothing I can do.” The customer service rep assigned to me got smug, and rather than be appalled and apologetic, he spoke to me with giggles under his breath and a tone that said you’re so stupid you deserve to be duped.

I was assured that I was on the fast track because my little company offers all natural cosmetics and healing herbal products. Then it was explained to me that a large benefactor had agreed to support me in this fast track process so that they could receive 2nd qtr 2010 tax benefits. After about 4 weeks I was assured that my grant award letter would arrive in one week and funding should follow in another week. I was instructed to allow ‘Delta’ to set me up as a non-profit organization. We would draw a salary as an operating expense and all profit can go to charities of our choice. I was instructed to be prepared to hire a minimum of 2 people and begin operating 6 months after receipt of the letter. I was also told that we would be audited at this 6 month mark. I was so trusting that I interviewed employees and made appointments to view potential manufacturing space.

When I explained this to my rep, he laughed and said “that would take a lot of money and large amounts of paperwork and that Delta Innovations could do this for me for a fee.”

If you did not create a phone log I urge you to create a time line using your phone records, e-mails and notes. Also create a well thought out narrative of your experience and e-mail a condensed version to ABC.

This process has cost me time and money and a few panic attacks. They lied to me for months, stole from me and depleted my operating funds, for my little company, for the coming year. I devoted all my time those 3 months (precious time that I would like to have back) to getting ducks in a row and keeping careful records. I felt so good about being able to provide jobs and contribute to our local economy.

I received a business plan from Delta Innovations and it was juvenile and full of errors! They withheld it from me for 20 days so that I could not review it before it was submitted to my, so called, benefactor. Yes, I have proof, I have kept meticulous records.

Please also be wary of the law firm offering to help. In the first 30 seconds of my conversation with the woman who answered, she claimed they were going to try to get ‘triple’ damages for us, it will cost $1, 000. 00 and that Delta Innovations will surely try to have their case dismissed. They ‘seem’ to be collecting Delta’s scraps.
