We are existing Corporate Client with your company using Centrax Facility and having more than 10 lines within the group companies.
We wanted to have new connection at our New Works in Sector-63. It could not be provided due to non availability of Tags. Alternately we applied for Mobile FCT BOX Connection.
At the time of application we were committed installation within 3 days. It could not be done even 7 days.
I had to take up the matter with Mr. Pravek Gupta and Mr. Sudhir. Though FCT Box has been installed but Mr. Sudhir has been avoiding taking my calls and is not responding.
I have lost the incentive for the month of Mya because I had committed to my MD that FCT box would be installed within 3 days. Mr. Sudhir assured me that Vice President, Customer Care, Mr. C. Surenderan would definately give me courtsy call to look after my grievances.
Neither I have received the call from VP nor Mr. Sudhir is responding to my call. Is this the culture in your organisation? Are you bunch of dodgers?
There has been an admission by Mr. Sudhir that Delay was caused by System Error. This means sub standard infra structure / system. Are you paying for this quality?
I have question. Should we continue our association with your company? Please answer.
