Brand new sauna fails 3 months after delivery. Company refuses to honor 1 yr warranty on the wood and lifetime warranty on the electronics. Now all they have disappeared. FRAUD ALERT!!!
I have filed complaints with the FTC, the CA DOJ, the BBB, and the San Francisco District Attorney.
